Why we’re writing it
This is the book we wish we’d had when we started. Digital communication is now the backbone of how organisations operate—but it’s often treated as an afterthought. Small, overstretched teams are expected to understand user needs, engage vendors, manage builds, draft content, launch channels, and keep everything running.
We wrote this book to help teams move beyond tactics and tools, and instead build a strategic, joined-up approach that supports people, culture, and performance.
It’s for those who want to do more than just send messages—it’s for those who want to make a difference.
