Discover
We begin by immersing ourselves in your organisation’s world—its goals, audiences, and challenges. Through a combination of stakeholder interviews, audits, and user research, we uncover what’s working, what’s not, and where untapped opportunities lie. This phase helps us build a clear picture of your current landscape, ensuring that every decision we make is grounded in insight and aligned with your strategic objectives.

Here’s where we can help you choose the right mix of platforms to meet your needs, and identify what you need to make them effective. This includes governance frameworks, content operations, and channel plans that make communications sustainable, as well as building and hiring teams.

This is where strategy becomes reality. We build, configure and optimise platforms tailored to your needs, create compelling content, and equip your teams with the tools and knowledge to succeed—through playbooks, training, and hands-on support. We also establish feedback loops to measure impact, gather insights, and iterate continuously, ensuring your communications evolve and improve over time.
Discover
Understand what’s really happening
Most of our programmes start with Discovery: a deep dive into your organisation, doing the groundwork you don’t have time for. So whether it’s refining a hunch you have, or building the evidence you need to support a transformation project, we can help.

Purpose
Build a shared, evidence‑based view of audiences, content, channels and jobs‑to‑be‑done so we’re solving the right problems.
Activities
Using a mix of quantitative and qualitative user research (surveys, stakeholder interviews, employee research, findability checks, JTBD workshops, reviews of your sites and content and a look at your analytics) we’ll identify barriers to effective comms and collaboration.
Outputs
TThis gives us the insight we need to suggest potential changes, from small improvements you can make in-house to longer term programmes of work to overhaul your channels and strategy. We can also work with you to build a business case to help you unlock funding and support for investment in teams or platforms. At the end of discovery, you’ll have clear problem statements, audience/needs map, content & channel diagnostics, risk & opportunity register, and an initial measurement plan.
Why
Discovery prevents “solutioneering” and aligns teams on facts before design. We start by getting a clear picture of how people work, and the barriers to effective communication. Only then can we design channels that work for how people work.

Develop
Design the operating model that works
Here we can help build your long term digital communication and collaboration strategy, working with key internal stakeholder groups to deliver what’s needed to sustain your growth. We’ll help you develop your platforms, processes and people so you can realise the full potential of your investments

Purpose
Turn insight into an actionable plan covering publishing patterns, distribution rules, governance, content operations, and experience design.
Activities
Develop strategy and roadmaps tied to business outcomes and change priorities. Establish your channel architecture and distribution model. Develop appropriate governance (roles, decision rights, workflows, standards) that saves time and reduces noise over the long term. Spin up content operations (templates, calendars, review cycles, metadata) and decide on what to measure to drive iterative improvements and track value delivered.
Outputs
A tailored roadmap, solution designs, and actionable guidance to implement your digital transformation.
Why
This phase is where durability is baked in: a governed, repeatable model prevents re‑litigating decisions and protects quality at scale.

Deliver
Bringing solutions to life
We partner with you to deliver enterprise digital platforms and programmes. We act as an extension of your team, providing expertise in managing vendors so you get the right result for your organisation.

Purpose
Put the operating model into practice—configure platforms, create content and empower teams—then measure and iterate
Activities
Configure platforms and patterns (M365, other SaaS, or custom). Develop information architecture and configure search so content can be found. Design and implement templates, tags and site structures. Work with you to develop content, or use our team of specialists to create content at pace. Ensure platforms are set up so messages reach the right people at the right time, and deliver a high-quality experience. Enablement (playbooks, training, coaching) and launch planning.
